Mequon has some of the largest residential lots in the Milwaukee area. Many homes sit on an acre or more, with woods, open fields and sometimes a barn. It’s a short trip north from our shop, and the variety of properties makes it one of the most interesting places we work.
Fencing Larger Properties
- Long fence runs. When a property line is several hundred feet long, posts have to be straight and evenly spaced from end to end. Our hole-drilling equipment keeps long runs efficient.
- Horses and hobby farms. We build board, split rail and wire fences for pastures and paddocks, with gates wide enough for a tractor.
- Deer. Gardens and landscaping near open land need taller fencing to keep deer out.
- Clearing first. If the fence line runs through brush or young trees, we clear it with our forestry mulcher before we build.

Fences Near the House
Closer to the home, Mequon owners usually want a more finished fence:
- Ornamental aluminum around pools and patios, open and maintenance-free
- Cedar privacy fences in tongue-and-groove or horizontal designs
- Vinyl for a clean look with no staining

Driveway Gates
A gate at the end of a long driveway adds security and finishes the property. We install automatic gates with keypad, remote or app access.
Pool Fencing
Pool enclosures need the right height and spacing and a self-closing, self-latching gate. We build them in aluminum, vinyl or cedar.
