St. Francis is a small lakefront city tucked between Bay View and Cudahy, with older homes on compact lots, the historic St. Francis de Sales Seminary grounds, and Lake Michigan along its whole eastern edge. Most of our work here is backyard privacy, pet fencing and replacing old fences.
Fencing in St. Francis
- Compact lots. We plan fence lines carefully on small lots and confirm the property line before we dig.
- Lake wind. Homes near the lake get more wind. Posts are set deep in concrete so a privacy fence stays straight.
- Replacing old fences. Many homes still have their original chain link or wood fence. We remove it and haul it away.
